Super simple, and incredibly nutritious! Spinach hummus? YES PLEASE! Recipe below.

Energy Green Bowl with Spinach HummusΒ Ingredients:

1 1/2Β C of chickpeasΒ 
1/2Β C aquafaba
2Β TBS of tahiniΒ 
Juice of one lemonΒ 
1 – 2 cloves of garlicΒ 
1Β TBSP of olive oilΒ 
1/4Β TSP of cumin
1/8 TSPΒ of black pepperΒ 
3/8Β TSP of pink himalayan saltΒ 
2 large handfuls of spinach

How to make:

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Place hummus onto serving bowl and garnish with hemp seeds. Serve with veggies or crackers of choice and enjoy! Also great on toast, sandwiches, and salads! Enjoy!
